Snowskin Mooncake Workshop – Mid-Autumn Festival Baking Experience

Celebrate the joy of the Mid-Autumn Festival with our engaging Snowskin Mooncake Workshop. This hands-on workshop is a wonderful way to bring colleagues, friends, and family together while learning how to make traditional festive treats.

In this guided session, participants will learn step-by-step how to prepare and shape beautiful snowskin mooncakes using the provided tools and ingredients. Our trainer will demonstrate simple techniques to help you create delicious and visually appealing mooncakes suitable for the festive season.

All materials are included, and each participant will have sufficient ingredients to make 8 pieces of 50g mini snowskin mooncakes. This beginner-friendly workshop is suitable for corporate team bonding events, Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations, school programmes, and private gatherings.

Participants will complete their own handcrafted mooncakes, making them perfect to enjoy during the festival or share with loved ones.

We are happy to offer a 30-day credit term for organisation bookings. For private bookings, we will require a 50% deposit and the balance will be payable upon completion of event.
